The insufficient quality and/or quality of bone is a very frequent situation, but we can face it with guarantees. The diagnosis and selection of the appropriate technique for each clinical case are as important as its correct execution.
From small bone remodeling to large horizontal and vertical reconstructions, regenerative surgery exponentially expands our options when it comes to rehabilitating the mouth.The incorporation of digitally guided surgery also represents a considerable advance in the efficient resolution of the most complicated cases.
We will see several live surgeries in which we will apply different techniques, and we will explain not only the procedure step by step, but also the reason for its indication for each clinical case, and we will practice what we have learned in several workshops.
